Gonichea, a distributor of Daizuki products throughout the United States, offers you this comprehensive warranty. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing you with peace of mind with our high-quality products.

While registration is not required for the Basic Warranty, we strongly recommend that you register your product as soon as possible to access all the benefits of our Standard Warranty. You have up to 60 days after purchase to register your equipment. If you do not register within this timeframe, coverage will remain at 1 to 7 years, depending on the product purchased.

Standard Warranty: This multi-zone, flexible-mount model from the DXFMT series (outdoor unit) and the DXMHT series (indoor unit), ductless, high-efficiency inverter air conditioner  from Daizuki has a 7-year compressor warranty and a 5-year parts warranty.

Basic Warranty: 1-year compressor warranty and 1-year parts warranty. This applies if the system is not registered within 60 days of purchase.
